Joe McAllister is a TA Team Lead @HelloFresh. He has been in recruitment over 15 years and worked across the UK, Spanish and German markets. Joe recently moved to Berlin and currently leading a global team of talent acquisition.

We used to work with Joe at N26, and I was always amazed by his professionalism and wide understanding of talent management. He had a very important goal back then to build a new hub for N26 in Barcelona. Joe joined a company straight from a recruitment agency where he was a Lead Recruiter. So it would be extremely interesting for me to know what is his view on the differences between working in-house vs agency.
